摘　　要：运用失效模式和效应分析,分析医院医疗废弃物管理中存在的高风险因素,选出关键优先改进因素;针对高风险因素,通过加大教育的力度,规范废弃物的分类及运送流程的三步风险控制措施,持续提高医疗废弃物的管理质量。This paper examined the problems in hospital medical waste management mode and selected key priority improvement issues by using failure mode and effects analysis. It was suggested to educate hospital administrators, regulate the classification of waste and clarify the three-step process of waste transport corrective action to continuously improve the quality of medical waste management.
