摘　　要：目的探讨综合社区护理干预对行Miles根治术的直肠癌患者自我护理能力的影响。方法选取2012年1—6月收治于上海市浦东新区公利医院的结肠造口术后患者80例,随机分为观察组和对照组各40例。对照组进行常规的术后自我护理知识宣教,观察组在常规术后自我护理知识宣教的基础上实施以家庭指导、电话回访和访视者交流相结合的综合社区干预措施,于6个月后对两组进行患者自我护理能力评估问卷调查,比较两组患者造口自我护理能力和造口并发症发生情况。结果 6个月后观察组患者自我护理能力评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率下降,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义。结论综合社区护理干预可提高造口患者的自我护理能力,降低造口并发症的发生。Objective To investigate the effect of community-based nursing intervention on self-care ability in patients with radical surgery for rectal cancer and colostomy. Methods A total of 80 patients with radical sur- gery for rectal cancer and colostomy were randomly divided into the control group and experimental group （40 patients in each group） from January to June 2012. The control group received conventional education of self- care. And the experimental group received additional community-based nursing intervention on self-care inclu- ding family guidance, phone visit and patient-patient communication. The self-care abilities between the two groups were compared by questionnaire after six months. Results The score of self-care ability in the experi- mental group after six months was higher than that in the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The commu- nity-based nursing intervention can improve the self-care ability in patients with radical surgery for rectal cancer and colostomy. It can also reduce the complications.
