摘　　要：目的探讨血糖控制对中晚期妊娠期糖尿病孕妇母婴结局的影响。方法选取2010年5月—2012年11月收治于上海市浦东新区公利医院的中晚期妊娠期糖尿病孕妇100例,通过饮食调节、合理运动、血糖自我监测和胰岛素治疗等诊治与指导,观察对母婴结局的影响。结果 100例孕妇中,血糖控制满意76例,血糖控制不满意24例;血糖控制满意孕妇中发生妊娠期高血压、羊水过多、产后出血、剖宫产以及早产、巨大儿和新生儿窒息等情况均明显低于血糖控制不满意的孕妇,两者比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论有效控制血糖对中晚期妊娠糖尿病孕妇的母婴结局具有积极影响,对妊娠糖尿病孕妇应及时进行控制及治疗,有利于保障母婴安全。Objective To discuss on the influence of blood glucose control on pregnancy outcome in patients with moderate to advanced gestational diabetes mellitus. Methods A total of 100 patients diagnosed as moder- ate to advanced gestational diabetes mellitus in our hospital were selected from May 2010 to November 2012. Their pregnancy outcomes after diet adjustment, reasonable exercises, self-monitoring of blood sugar and insulin treatment were investigated. Results The rates of gestational hypertension, polyhydramnios, postpartum hem- orrhage, premature birth, fetal macrosomia, asphyxia of newborn and caesarean section in 76 patients with satis- factory blood glucose control were lower than those 24 patients with unsatisfactory blood glucose control （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The effective blood glucose control plays an important role in the pregnancy outcome in the patients with moderate to advanced gestational diabetes mellitus. It suggests that gestational diabetes mellitus should be controlled and treated appropriately in time to ensure the pregnancy safety.
