摘　　要：论述了在航空军事运输领域开展安全风险管理的必要性,系统分析了航空军事运输在计划管理、运输准备、货物存储、现场装卸作业、空中飞行和衔接转换等诸多领域存在的安全风险点,在此基础上,提出了做好航空军事运输安全风险控制的对策措施,为开展航空军事运输安全工作提供借鉴参考。Upon the basis of analyzing the necessity of carrying out the safety risk management in military airlift, a systematic a- nalysis is made of the safety risk points in the planning management, transportation preparations, the storage of cargo,the site loading and unloading operations, the airlifting process, and the connective and transferring links of military airlift, on the basis of which some safety-risk-controlling measures are put forward in the paper to help do a good job of the safety risk management of military airlift. The paper may serve as a useful reference for the development of the safety work for military airlift.
