中医药治疗肿瘤的经验和体会

摘　　要：中医药治疗与西医治疗相配合治疗肿瘤的思路有:①中医药与手术治疗相结合,可调补手术损伤,促进康复,利于患者接受其他治疗;辅助术后治疗,以期防止或减少复发、转移,延长生存时间;术前使用中药,可以改善机体状况,增强体力,调理因其他疾病引起的肝肾功能能障碍,以利于手术。②中医药与放射治疗相结合,可减轻放射治疗副作用;对放射治疗有一定的增效作用。③中医药与化学治疗相结合,可提高化疗的效果;减轻胃肠道反应、骨髓抑制、心肌损伤、肝肾功能损伤。中医药治疗肿瘤应注意:坚持中西医结合,在明确诊断的基础上,选择适应于每个患者的治疗手段;遵循中医的传统理论的指导,四诊八纲,辨证论治,遣方用药;在接受中医治疗的过程中必须定期复查,了解病情,调整治疗方案。The thoughts of traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine treatment of tumors are：（1）Traditional Chinese medicine combined with surgery can adjust operation damage, promote rehabilitation, which is beneficial to accept other therapy;Adju- vant postoperative treatment so as to prevent or reduce the recurrence and metastasis, prolong the survival time. Preoperative use of traditional Chinese medicine can improve the body, enhance physical strength, and regulate the liver and kidney function caused by other diseases, which facilitate the operation. （2）Traditional Chinese medicine combined with radiotherapy can reduce the side effects, and has a certain synergistic effect on radiation therapy. （3）Traditional Chinese medicine combined with chemotherapy can improve the effect of chemotherapy, reduce gastrointestinal reaction, bone marrow suppression, myocardial damage, liver and kidney function damage. Traditional Chinese medicine treatment of the tumor should be paid attention to ： adhere to combined traditional Chinese and western medicine and choose appropriate treatment means on the basis of diagnosis;Follow the guidance of TCM traditional theory,four diagnostic methods and eight principles, syndrome differentiation and treatment, choosing the drug and making prescription. In the process of TCM therapy must review regularly, understand condition, and adjust the treatment plan.
