朴炳奎教授辨治大肠癌经验探析

摘　　要：对于大肠癌的治疗,朴老主张采用中西医结合的综合治疗方式。早期癌肿应手术切除,如病情需要,可行术前放疗以提高手术切除率,降低术后复发率。如手术未根治或术后局部复发者,可行辅助放化疗。但无论手术或者放化疗,均应配合中医药辨证论治,以减轻手术、放化疗副作用,提高机体免疫力,增强化疗敏感性,延缓疾病进展,提高患者生活质量。朴老临证以扶正培本为主,健脾益气或益气生血,调整机体阴阳气血及脏腑功能,维持机体"阴平阳秘"状态,做到"正气内守",兼顾解毒抗癌,杀伤肿瘤细胞,延缓其复发转移。Professor Piao advocates the comprehensive treatment of combination of Chinese and western medicine in treating colorectal cancer. Early tumor should be removed surgically, if the illness needs, feasible preoperative radiotherapy can be used to improve the re- section rate, reduce the postoperative recurrence rate. If surgery with no cure or Postoperative local recurrence, adjuvant radiation and chemotherapy is feasible. But either surgery or radiation and chemotherapy, all should be cooperated with syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine to alleviate the surgery, radiation and chemotherapy side effects, improve immunity, enhance chemothera- py sensitivity, slow down disease progression, and improve the patients quality of life. Professor Piao is given priority to supporting the healthy energy in clinic, invigorating spleen and supplementing qi or tonifying qi and producing blood, adjusting the body＇s Yin and Yang, qi and blood and viscera function, maintaining the body＇s ＂harmony of yin and yang＂ state, which keep the vital qi inside, and combined with detoxification and anti-cancer, and killing tumor ceils and delaying the recurrence metastasis.
