股骨近端解剖锁定钢板治疗股骨粗隆间骨折临床观察

摘　　要：目的：观察应用手法复位股骨近端解剖锁定钢板治疗粗隆问骨折的临床疗效。方法：对36例股骨粗隆间骨折患者行手法复位股骨近端解剖锁定钢板固定治疗，术后应用抗生素及低分子肝素钙预防感染及血栓，外敷接骨丹治疗。结果：手术后随访14～20个月，平均16个月。36例粗隆间骨折均获得骨性愈合，髋关节功能采用Harris评分标准评价，其中优30例，良5例，差1例。结论：股骨粗隆间骨折应用股骨近端解剖锁定钢板内固定治疗配合中药外敷，骨折可以有效固定，有利于骨折愈合。Objective：To investigate the clinical curative effect of manual reduction of proximal femur anatomic locking plate in the treat- ment offemoral intertrochanteric fractures. Methods：36 patients with intertrochanterie fracture were treated with manual reduction of proximal femur anatomic locking plate, antibiotics and low molecular heparin calcium were used to prevent infection and blood clots postoperative, and bones setting medicine external application. Results： Follow-up for 14 -20 months after the surgery, an average of 16 months. 36 cases of intertrochanteric fractures obtained osseous healing. Hip function was evaluated by Harris scoring criteria, including 30 cases excellent,5 cases good, and 1 poor. Conclusion：Proximal femur anatomic locking plate internal fixation with traditional Chinese medicine external application treatment of intertroehanteric fractures can obtain effective fracture fixation, which is conducive to fracture healing.
