摘　　要：中医药在改善抑郁症症状方面具有疗效稳定、作用持久、不良反应小等优势,但也存在不足,如服用剂量较大、疗程长、作用缓慢等,可采用综合疗法、联合用药加以解决。目前的研究多为药效的验证,缺少机制的研究。应明确中药活性成分,探讨中药治疗抑郁症的现代机制,还应引入循证医学概念,开展中医药远期疗效的评估。Traditional Chinese medicine improvement the symptoms of depression has advantages such as stable curative effect, durable, and small adverse reactions, but there is also insufficient, such as larger doses,long course and slow action, etc. , and the comprehensive therapy and combination medication can be used to solve. At present, many research for validation of the efficacy,lack of mechanism re- search. We Shall specify the active ingredient in Chinese traditional medicine, and discuss the modem mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of depression, and the concept of evidence-based medicine should be introduced to carry- out the assessment of the long-term curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine.
