摘  要:目的:探讨加味四逆散颗粒防治慢性疲劳综合征的免疫学机制。方法:70只昆明种小鼠,以随机数字表法分为对照组、模型组、加味四逆散颗粒大剂量组、加味四逆散颗粒小剂量组、人参组、盐酸帕罗西汀组。造模各组共接受49 d各种不同的应激,包括电针、力竭游泳、暗箱旋转、悬尾、24 h剥夺睡眠,平均每种刺激各6次。每7 d进体质量检测,49 d开始给药,加味四逆散颗粒小剂量组以8.64 g·kg-1体质量灌胃,加味四逆散颗粒大剂量组以25.91 g·kg-1体质量灌胃,人参组以0.026 g·kg-1体质量灌胃,盐酸帕罗西汀组以0.052 mg·kg-1体质量灌胃,对照组和模型组给予等量生理盐水,治疗7 d后处死动物,并用ELISA法检测血清白介素-2(IL-2)的含量。结果:体质量变化:与对照组比,造模第28 d后,模型组小鼠体质量下降,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。与模型组比较,治疗第7 d,加味四逆散颗粒和人参组体质量明显高于模型组,且有统计学差异(P<0.01)。行为学变化:模型组、加味四逆散颗粒大剂量组、加味四逆散颗粒小剂量组、人参组、盐酸帕罗西汀组IL-2含量均高于对照组,且差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与模型组比较,加味四逆散颗粒大剂量组、加味四逆散颗粒小剂量组、人参组、盐酸帕罗西汀组IL-2含量降低,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:加味四逆散颗粒治疗慢性疲劳综合征的机理可能与调节机体免疫功能状态降低IL-2含量有关。Objective:To explore the mmunological mechanism of modified sini power granules prevention and treatment of chronic fatigue syndrome. Methods :70 Kunming mice were randomly divided into control group, model group, modified sini power granule big dose group, small dose group, ginseng group and paroxetine hydroehloride group. Molding groups received various stress for 49 days,including electroacupuncture, exhausted swimming, camera bellows rotate, hang tail, deprivation sleep 24 hours, average each irritation for 6 times. Measured the weight every 7 days, and started to administration after 49 days. Modified sini power granule small dose group 8.64 g·kg^-1 in gavage,modified sini power granule big dose group 25.91 g·kg^-1 in gavage,and ginseng group 0. 026 g·kg^-1 in gavage,paroxetine hydrochloride group 0.052 mg·kg^-1 in gavage. The control group and model group were given equivalent normal saline, and the rats were executed 7 days after treatment, and serum Interleukin-2 was detected by ELISA. Results : The weight of model group was decreased after molding for 28 days, and there was significant statistics difference compared with the control group (P 〈 0.01 ). The weights of modified sini power granules group and ginseng group were significant heavier than the model group on the seventh day of treatment, and the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.01 ). The contents of Interleukin-2 in the model group, modified sini power granule big dose group, small dose group, ginseng group and paroxetine hydroehloride group all were higher than the control group, and the differences were statistical significance (P 〈 0.05 ). Compared with model group, the contents of Interleukin-2 of modified sini power granule big dose group, small dose group, Ginseng group and Paroxetine Hydrochloride group were decreased, and the differences were statistical significance ( P 〈 0.05, P 〈 0.01 ).
