摘 要:目的:观察参桂胶囊抑制血栓形成的作用。方法:95只SD大鼠随机分为空白组(20只),参桂胶囊大剂量组(15只)、中剂量组(15只)、小剂量组(15只),阿司匹林组(15只),阿司匹林与参桂胶囊联合用药组(15只)。采用考马斯亮兰法测定各组血栓中蛋白质含量。结果:空白组蛋白质含量显著低于其余各组(P<0.01);参桂胶囊高剂量组、中剂量组、低剂量组之间蛋白质含量差异不显著(P>0.05);参桂胶囊高剂量组、中剂量组、低剂量组蛋白质含量与阿司匹林组之间差异不显著(P>0.05);阿司匹林组与参桂胶囊和阿司匹林联合用药组之间差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论:参桂胶囊具有明确的抑制体内血栓形成的作用,其最大作用强度与阿司匹林临床常用量的抗栓作用相当。参桂胶囊与阿司匹林之间无明显的增强作用。Objective:To observe the effect of Shengui Capsule inhibition of thrombosis. Methods :95 SD rats were randomly divided into blank group ( 20 rats), shengui capsule high, medium and low dose group ( respectively 15 rats), aspirin group ( 15 rats), combination of aspirin and shengui capsule group( 15 rats). Protein content of thrombus in each groups were measured by Coomassie brilliant blue method. Results : Protein content in the blank group was significantly lower than other groups ( P 〈 0.01 ) ; Protein contents of shengui capsule high dose group, middle dose group and low dose group had no significant difference (P 〉 0.05 ) and protein content of shengui capsule groups compared with that of aspirin group had no significant difference (P 〉 0.05 ) , and aspirin group compared with combina- tion of aspirin and shengui capsule group had no significant difference ( P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion: Shengui Capsule has the function of the specific inhibition thrombosis in vivo, its biggest action strength and the antithrombotic effect of aspirin on clinical often amount. Shengui Capsule and aspirin have no obvious enhancement effect between them.
