复方鱼鹅滴鼻剂体外抑菌作用的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨复方鱼鹅滴鼻剂的体外抑菌作用。方法:采用常规琼脂扩散管碟法和试管连续稀释法观察复方鱼鹅滴鼻剂对乙型溶血性链球菌、伤寒杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、白色葡萄球菌、绿脓杆菌、大肠杆菌、变形杆菌、福氏痢疾杆菌、青霉菌、黑曲霉菌、白色念珠菌的抑菌作用。结果:复方鱼鹅滴鼻剂对乙型溶血性链球菌、伤寒杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、白色葡萄球菌、绿脓杆菌、大肠杆菌、变形杆菌、福氏痢疾杆菌、白色念珠菌均有抑制作用。结论:复方鱼鹅滴鼻剂在体外有明显的抑菌作用。Objective：To discuss the external bacteriostatic effect by Fufang YnE Nasal drop. Methods：Observed Fnfang YnE Nasal drop on the bacteriostatic effect of Beta Hemolytic streptococcus, Salmonella typhi, Staphylococcus aureus, Staphylococcus albus, Peseudo- monas aeruginosa,E, coli, Bacillus termo, Bacterium clyseioteriae, Penieillium, Aspergillus niger, Candida albicans by using the plate method of routine agar diffusion and continuously diluting of cuvette technology. Results ： Fufang YuE Nasal drop has bacteriostasis on Beta Hemolytic streptococcus, Salmonella typhi, Staphylococcus aureus, Staphylococcus albus, Peseudomonas aerugin osa, E. coli, Bacil- lus termo, Bacterium clyseioteriae, Candida albicans. Conclusion：Fufang YuE Nasal drop has distinct external bacteriostatic effect.
