摘　　要：目的:探讨中西医治疗青春期多囊卵巢综合征的研究进展。方法:对近年来关于中医、西医、中西医结合治疗青春期多囊卵巢综合征的相关文献进行整理、分析。结果:中医、西医、中西医结合治疗青春期多囊卵巢综合征都有显著的疗效,但西药不良反应较大,且停药后易复发;中医辨证论治没有统一的标准,在疾病分型、疗效观察等方面没有统一的规定,因而导致研究分类的不同,不利于研究,且探讨机制不足。结论:中西医结合治疗青春期多囊卵巢综合征疗效显著,且不良反应少。Objective：To explore the research progress on the adolescent polycystic ovary syndrome treated by the intergration of traditional Chinese and western medicine. Methods ： Summarized and analyzed the ralated literature on treatment of TCM,western medicine, and intergration of traditional Chinese and western medicine. Results ： They all had got remarkable effects of three ways in treating adolescent polycystic ovary syndrome. However, the adverse effects was bigger and relapse easier treated by the western medicine;There was no uniform standard treated by the syndrome differentiation and treatment in Chinese medicine, and no uniform rules in terms of disease classification and curative effect observation ,and thus leaded to the differences of classification ,so that it wasn＇t helpful for the research and lack of exploration. Conclusion：The intergration of traditional Chinese and western medicine has great curative effects on treating adolescent polycystic ovary syndrome and less untoward effects.
