中西医结合治疗慢性肾小球肾炎临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨中西医结合治疗慢性肾小球肾炎的临床疗效。方法:将260例慢性肾小球肾炎患者按随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,其中对照组130例单纯应用西药贝那普利治疗,试验组130例在对照组基础上加用肾炎康复片和中医辨证治疗。治疗后观察两组患者的临床疗效以及尿蛋白、血压、血肌酐等指标。结果:试验组缓解84例,显效21例,好转15例,无效10例,有效率为92.31%;对照组缓解17例,显效35例,好转8例,无效70例,有效率为46.15%;试验组患者的尿蛋白、血压及血肌酐控制情况均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者不良反应均较轻微,经对症治疗后均痊愈。结论:肾炎康复片联合常规西药治疗慢性肾小球肾炎疗效显著,不良反应轻微,且患者耐受性良好。Objective：To explore the clinical curative effect of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis. Methods：260 cases of patients with chronic glomerulonephritis were divided into the treatment group and the control group according to random number table method, each of 130 cases. The control group was given pure western medicine benazepril, and the experimental group was additionally treated with Nephritis Rehabilitation Tablets and TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy, urine protein, blood pressure, and serum creatinine and other indicators of the two groups were observed. Results：In the experimental group,84 cases were remission,21 cases were markedly effective, 15 cases were im- proved,10 cases were ineffective, and the effective rate was 92.31% ;In the control group, 17 cases were remission, 35 cases were markedly effective,8 cases were improved ,70 cases were ineffective, and the effective rate was 46.15 %. Urinary protein, blood pressure and serum creatinine control conditions of the experimental group were all better than that of the control group, and the difference was significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Two groups of patients had slight adverse reactions, which were recovered after symptomatic treatment. Conclu- sion：Nephritis Rehabilitation Tablets combined with conventional western medicine treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis has signifi- cant effect, slight adverse reactions, and good tolerance.
