通降胃灵Ⅱ号治疗复发性消化性溃疡临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察通降胃灵Ⅱ号治疗复发性消化性溃疡的临床疗效。方法:随机将320例消化性溃疡患者分成治疗组165例和对照组155例,治疗组口服通降胃灵Ⅱ号片,对照组口服奥美拉唑片。结果:治疗组与对照组在中医证候、胃镜检查后疗效以及复发情况比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:通降胃灵Ⅱ号片治疗复发性肖化性溃疡优于西药奥美拉唑片。Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect of Nervogastrol lI in the treatment of 165 cases with recurrent peptic ulcer. Methods ：320 patients with peptic ulcer were randomly divided into treatment group（ n = 165 ） and control group（ a = 155 ）. The treat- ment group was given oral Nervogastrol II and the control group was given oral omeprazole. Results：Compared the TCM syndrome, gastroscope curative effect and recurrence of two groups, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ） Conclusion ： The curative effect of Nervogastrol II for reducing duodenal ulcer reactivated and healing quality is superior to western medicine omeprazole tablets.
