摘　　要：绍兴市通过抓农业信息化组织网络建设、软硬件系统建设、信息资源整合利用和拓展应用,在全市建成了信息快捷传递至村达户的"网上农民社会",基本实现了农技服务、农民培训、农产品加工及营销、农业生产指导管理等主要环节的电子化、信息化,促进了农业增效、农民增收和农村繁荣。By paying attention to the construction of agricultural informatization network and hardware and software system, as well as the integration and expansion of information resources application, Shaoxing built a ＂ farmers＇ society online ＂that could quickly transfer the information to the villages and households, which basically realized the electronization and informatization of agTicultural services, farmers training, agricultural products processing and marketing, agricultural production management and other major links, and promoted the efficiency enhancement of agriculture and income growth of farmers and rural prosperity.
