摘　　要：本文介绍了耕地供需平衡的相关概念和基本原理,提出耕地供需平衡预警模型的工作方法,对平衡判断以及预警结构的各个流程进行了详细的介绍,并给出了的预警体系结构。应用组件式GIS的开发流程实现了耕地供需平衡预警系统的建设。Based on the concepts and basic principles of cultivated land＇s supply and demand balance, this paper presented the work method and system structure of early-warning model, in which the judgment of the balance and the process of the model were introduced in detail. In addition, the construetion and implementation of early-warning system were achieved by the development of COMGIS.
