摘　　要：目的了解衢州市糖尿病患者自我管理现状。方法应用糖尿病知识量表和糖尿病自护行为量表对衢州市3家医院120例内分泌科住院患者进行调查。结果 120例患者糖尿病知识平均得分(339.10±15.79)分(总分555分),总得分率61.54%;自护行为平均得分(56.28±6.64)分(总分120分),总得分率46.90%。结论糖尿病患者的疾病相关知识和自护行为呈中低水平,需要进一步加强健康教育,提高患者的自我管理水平。Objective To study the present situation of self--management for diabetic patients from Quzhou city. Method Investigate 120 inpatients from department of endocrinology in 3 hospitals of Quzhou city by knowledge on diabetes scale and Diabetes self--care scale. Result The average score of knowledge on diabetes for 120 patients is （339. 10± 15.79） （total score of 555）. Scoring rate is 61.54%. The average score of self--care is （56.28-±6.64） （total score of 120）. Sco- ring rate is 46. 90%. Conclusion Related knowledge and self--care behavior/or diabetic patients is in medium and low level. Health education should be enhanced to improve patients＂ self--management skill.
