摘　　要：目的:探讨胃肠道间质瘤内镜治疗选择的护理配合及围手术期护理。方法:针对内镜不同治疗方式进行术前、术中及术后护理的回顾分析。结果:本组81例患者经术前准备、术中配合、术后精心护理及指导术后锻炼和饮食宣教,所有患者术后经住院治疗护理,均出院,无手术相关并发症,其中ESE治疗患者平均住院4 d,双镜联合患者平均住院11.5 d。结论:胃肠道间质瘤在内镜治疗时不同的治疗方式决定了不同的术前准备、术中配合及术后护理方法,完善的围手术期护理对手术成功及预后起着至关重要作用。Objective：To investigate the nursing cooperation and operation period nursing experience of different endoscopic gastrointestinal stromal tumors treatment. Methods： Retrospective analyzed endoscopic therapy nursing during preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative, Results： Through preopera- tive preparation, intraoperative and postoperative intensive care, postoperative exercise guide and diet intervention, 81 patients were all normal discharged without no complications. The average hospitalization day in patients with ESE treatment were 4 days, and hospitalization day in patients with endoscopy combined with laparoscope were 11.5 days. Conclusion ： Preoperative preparation, intraoperative and postoperative nursing plays a vital role in endoscopic treatment gastrointestinal stromal tumor. Different treatment decides different preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative nursing methods.
