摘　　要：目的：探讨综合辅助护理干预方法在喉癌患者术后的应用效果.方法：选择2009年1月～2013年6月住院治疗的104例喉癌患者,在术前、术中、术后分阶段采用面授饮食、营养、运动、气道保护知识,气管套管清洗手册,观看录像,护士示范等综合辅助护理干预方法,使患者掌握气管造瘘口护理、气管套管的清洗消毒与更换、并发症观察与预防等自我护理技能.结果：104例喉癌患者的护理效果满意,无1例患者发生气管导管引起的并发症或死亡.结论：对喉癌患者实施综合辅助护理干预方法有助于喉癌术后患者掌握自我护理的技能,并为喉癌患者长期家庭护理问题提供指引,值得临床推广应用.Objective：To discuss the application effect of comprehensive auxiliary nursing intervention methods used in postoperative patients with laryngeal carcinoma effect. Methods ： From January 2009 to June 2013,104 patients with laryngeal cancer treatment, in the preoperative, intraoperative, postoperative stages using face - to - face diet, nutrition, exercise, airway protection knowledge, endotrachcal tube cleaning handbook, watching the video, the nurse comprehensive auxiliary nursing intervention, the patients self nursing master the tracheal stoma care the tracheal cannula, cleaning and disinfection and re- placement, complications and prevention skills. Results ：104 patients with laryngeal cancer nursing effect to be satisfied, and no complications occurred in any patient tracheal catheter induced or death. Conclusion ： The implementation of comprehensive nursing intervention on patients with laryngeal carcinoma assisted method is helpful for patients with laryngeal master self nursing skills, and provide guidance for long - term home care patients with laryngeal carci- noma.
