摘　　要：目的:探讨持续质量改进在妇产科产前护理管理中的应用效果。方法:选择实施持续质量改进护理模式前后孕产妇和护理人员为研究对象,比较其护理质量、护理缺陷率、孕产妇满意度。结果:2011年孕产妇的满意度、护理质量明显高于2010年(P<0.05);护理缺陷率明显低于2010年(P<0.05)。结论:持续质量改进护理模式能够降低护理缺陷率,有效提高护理质量。Objective ：To observe the application effect of continuous ＇quality improvement in prenatal district nursing management. Methods：Maternal and nursing staff of implement the continuous quality improvement nursing mode was choosed as the research object, the quality of nursing, nursing defect rate, maternal satisfaction, and nurse the physical and mental health and career satisfaction were compared. Results：In 2011 the maternal satisfaction and the quality of nursing were significantly higher than in 2010 （P 〈 0.05 ）, nursing defect was significantly lower than in 2010 （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion：Continu- ous quality improvement nursing model can effectively improve the nursing quality, reduce nursing defect rate,improve the nurse - patient relationship, and promote the quality of nursing for continuous improvement.
