转化糖注射液瓶塞消毒与否的效果研究

摘　　要：目的:对比研究转化糖注射液瓶塞表面消毒与不消毒的效果。方法:取塑料瓶盖完整、无裂痕、无松动的转化糖注射液60瓶,随机分为对照组和试验组。对照组30瓶在病区治疗室内将其的塑料瓶盖拉开后消毒瓶塞,2 min后采样;试验组30瓶在病区治疗室内将其液体的塑料瓶盖拉开后,直接在瓶口上采样,将所取标本接种于无菌血琼脂平板培养基内。观察对照组和试验组的细菌生长情况,同时对护士药物配置时的耗时统计。结果:两组液体瓶口表面均无细菌生长,操作耗时有明显差异性(P<0.05)。结论:转化糖注射液瓶塞表面是无菌的,开启瓶盖后无需消毒即可直接使用。Objective ： To comparative study the effect of invert sugar ampoule bottle surface disinfection and sterilization. Methods ： Take plastic bottles cap is complete, no crack, no loose invert sugar injection sixty bottle, randomly divided into control group and experimental group. The 30 bottles in control group of indoor plastic bottle cap pulled the cork after disinfection, 2 minutes sampling. Experimental group of 30 bottles in the treatment of indoor liquid plastic bottle cap after open, directly in the bottle mouth samples, the specimens vaccination in a sterile blood AGAR plate in the culture medium, the control group and observation group of bacteria growth, and to nurse drug configuration of time - consuming statistics. Results ： None of the two groups have bacteria flourishing, the operation time significantly difference （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Invert sugar ampoule bottle surface is sterile, open after the cap without dis- infection can be used directly.
