摘　　要：目的:为了解决目前临床上引流袋固定中存在的种种问题,以简化引流袋的固定程序、防止医源性损伤为目的,设计并制作了适用于临床的新型引流袋固定装置,并将新型引流袋固定装置和传统的别针固定在临床应用的效果进行对比,找出更适合于临床的引流袋固定方法。方法:将因病情需要留置各种引流管接引流袋的232例患者按放置引流管的先后顺序编号,单号为试验组,双号为对照组,每组116例。试验组固定引流袋采用新型引流袋固定装置,对照组采用传统的方法用别针固定引流袋于床单上。比较两种方法的便利性、安全性以及患者对此种引流袋固定方法的满意度。结果:试验组用新型引流袋固定装置患者的便利性、安全性及满意度均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:新型引流袋固定装置相比传统的引流袋固定方法,更加安全、省时、省力、规范,值得在临床上推广应用。Objective： To solve the problems in current clinical drainage bags fixtures, to simplify the fixed program drainage bags, the drainage bags to pre- vent iatrogenic injury for the purpose, design and production of the new drainage bags fixing device for clinical application, and the drainage bags fixing de- vice and a traditional pin fixed were compared in clinical application the effect, to find more suitable for clinical drainage bag fixing method. Methods：Those condition requires indwelling drainage tube connected to a variety of drainage bag 232 patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. Experimental group fixed drainage bag with new drainage bag fixtures, control group used traditional methods with a pin fixed to the drainage bag on the sheets, compared the two methods of convenience, safety, patients, health care workers for such drainage hag fixation methods satisfaction. Results ： The drainage bag with new fixtures patient convenience, safety, patient satisfaction and nurses were significantly better than the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Con- clusion ： The new drainage bag fixture were more safer, saving time, effort, and specifications compared to traditional drainage bag fixation, it is worthy of clini- cal application.
