夫西地酸乳膏治疗宫颈癌湿性放射性皮炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察夫西地酸乳膏外涂治疗宫颈癌放疗所致湿性放射性皮炎的疗效。方法:将72例II级、III级放射性皮炎宫颈癌患者随机分为观察组37例和对照组35例,观察组采用夫西地酸乳膏外涂,对照组采用氟哌酸粉外敷。观察两组患者创面皮肤愈合情况。结果:观察组患者的疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:夫西地酸乳膏治疗宫颈癌放疗所致湿性放射性皮炎具有抗炎、溶痂、保护皮肤、促进创面愈合等作用,且操作简单、安全有效。Objective ：To observe the effect of fusidic acid cream painted and effect of treatment of moist dermatitis caused by radiotherapy of cervical canc- er. Methods ：72 patients with class II, class III radioactive dermatitis in patients with cervical cancer were randomly assigned to observation group of 37 cases and control group of 35 cases, experimental group used the fusidic acid cream coated, the control group with norfloxacin powder external application. Obser- vation on wound healing of skin in two groups of patients. Results ： The effect of the experimental group was better than in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions ： Fusidie acid cream in the treatment of cervical carcinoma in radiotherapy of moist dermatitis caused by anti - inflammatory, soluble scabs, and protect the skin, promoting wound healing, and the action is simple, safe and effective.
