中药外敷神阙穴治疗肿瘤放疗期间自汗盗汗的效果

摘　　要：目的：探讨中药外敷神阙穴治疗肿瘤放疗期间出现自汗盗汗的效果.方法：将2011年1月～ 2012年1月我院收治的143例肿瘤放疗期间出现自汗盗汗患者的分为对照组65例和试验组78例,对照组给予参芪片口服,试验组给予自制的中药粉剂外敷神厥穴.结果：试验组患者自汗盗汗疗效好于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论：中药外敷神阙穴对于治疗肿瘤放疗期间自汗盗汗有效.Objective：To explore Chinese medicine therapy treatment with topical the curative effect of night sweats, spontaneous perspiration caused by ra- diation. Methods ：143 cases of tumor patients appear night sweats, spontaneous perspiration caused by radiation were randomly divided into control group and experimental gourps, the control group gare Shenqi tablets, experimental group gave external application with Chinese medicine. Results：The effect of experimental group was better than the control group, the difference have statistical significance（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion：External application with Chinese medicine therapy to spontaneous sweat night sweats caused by radiation is effective.
