基于雌激素浅谈围绝经期冠心病发病的中医机制

摘　　要：女性进入围绝经期后雌激素分泌减少,随着年龄增长冠心病(CHD)的发病率呈逐年升高趋势。笔者针对女性围绝经期的特有生理特点,认为围绝经期冠心病发病根于脾肾,基于痰瘀,变于毒,发于肝,并提出益肾健脾、化痰祛瘀、清热解毒、调肝通络法治疗围绝经期冠心病。The estrogen secretion declines with women entering into perimenopausal stage, as growth of age, the incidence of coronary heart disease is increasing. According to the specific physiological characteristics of perimenopausal women, it seems that the morbidity of perimenopausal coronary heart disease roots in the spleen and kidney, bases on the phlegm and blood stasis, changes on poison, developes from the liver, and it puts forward to the method about Yishen Jianpi, Huatan Quyu, Ziyin Jiedu and Tiaogan Tongluo to treat perimenopausal coronary heart disease.
