摘  要:目的:对15个产地人参中5种水解酶进行活力比较。方法:采用中性磷酸缓冲溶液提取粗酶液。应用紫外分光光度法分别测定淀粉酶(AMY)、酯酶(EST)、酸性磷酸酯酶(ACP)、碱性磷酸酯酶(ALP)和植酸酶(PHY)的活力。结果:AMY、ACP、ALP活力以安图万宝镇人参活力最高,黑龙江穆棱市人参活力最低;EST活力以敦化青钩子乡人参活力最高,黑龙江穆棱市人参活力最低;PHY活力以长白二道杠乡人参活力最高,抚松黄泥村人参活力最低。15个不同产地样品可聚为5类。结论:AMY、EST、ACP、ALP和PHY活力可以作为人参种源区域划分的内在指标。Objective: To compare activities of 5 kinds of hydrolase in ginseng from 15 origins. Methods: Neutral phosphate buffer was selected to extract crude extract. UV was applied to determine the activities of amylase (AMY), esterase (EST), acid phosphatase (ACP), alkaline phosphatase (ALP), and phytase. Results: Activities of AMY, ACP and ALP were highest in ginseng from Wanbao Town in Antu City, however, lowest in ginseng from Muling City in Heilongjiang province. Activity of EST was highest in ginseng from Green hook Town in Dunhua City. Activity of EST was lowest in ginseng from Huangni village in Fusong City. 15 samples from different areas can be clustered into five categories type. Conclusion: AMY, EST, ACP, ALP and PHY activity of ginseng can be used as the inner indicators for region division of provenance.
