摘　　要：徐景藩教授擅长脾胃病的诊治,对溃疡性结肠炎的治疗积累了丰富经验。徐教授认为本病以脾虚为本,病及肝肾,湿热血瘀壅滞肠腑是病机关键,治疗以健脾为先,结合抑肝温肾,清化行瘀。若见久利伤阴,兼以益养脾胃之阴。临证强调肺与大肠相表里,常用祛风胜湿、化痰止利之法。此外,中药灌肠,直达病所,结合散剂可以提高疗效。Professor XU Jing-fan is a master of TCM, and excels in digestive-system diseases. He has accumulated a wealth of experience on ulcerative colitis. He holds the view that the basic mechanism of ulcerative colitis is spleen deficiency. The liver and kidney are affected at same time. Damp-heat and blood stasis stagnated in the intestine is the key pathogenesis. Considering these, to strengthen the spleen is the primary method. To inhibit liver, warm kidney, eliminate damp-heat and remove blood stasis should be combined. If the diarrhea is caused the Yin deficiency, nourishing spleen and stomach Yin is necessary. He emphasizes the internal-external relation between lung and large bowel, and usually uses the methods to eliminate wind dampness, resolve phlegm and stop diarrhea. Besides of these, Chinese medicine herbs enema may reach the sick intestine directly. The powder may improve the treatment effect.
