摘　　要：文章就酸枣仁汤治疗精神疾病的经验做了介绍,指出若辨证准确酸枣仁汤对心、肝血(阴)虚性精神疾病之"虚烦不得眠"施之效佳。笔者认为清代医家尤在泾释"虚烦"之"烦"为"必有浊痰燥火乘间而袭其舍"略为不妥,最后就酸枣仁汤中之酸枣仁用法、用量与煎法,提出了其传家之经验。This article introduces some experience about Suan,aoren Decoction treating ment.al illness. The author points out Suanzaoren Decoction has good effects on mental diseases with heart and liver blood deficiency syndrome. Finally, the paper indicates it isn＇t proper that YOU Zai-jing, one of doctors in Qing dynasty, ascribed annoy to phlegm, dryness and heat. The author also puts forward own experience about its usage, dosage and decoction method of Suanzaoren Decoction.
