王明杰教授开通玄府治疗外眼病的经验

摘　　要：王明杰教授多年来潜心研究刘完素玄府学说,提出"目中玄府为精明之枢"、"玄府郁闭为目病之根"、"开通玄府为治目之纲"的学术见解,临证善于灵活运用风药、虫药开通玄府治疗眼科及内外科多种疑难病症,形成了"论病首重玄府、百病治风为先"的独特诊疗风格。文章介绍王教授对玄府学说的发挥及开通玄府论治外眼病的经验,包括运用八味大发散,柴葛解肌汤,防风通圣散从风论治外障眼病、通玄布津润燥治疗干眼症、通玄达神起痿治疗睑废等。Professor WANG Ming-jie spended many years to concentrate on studying Xuanfu theory. He emphasized that Xuanfu was the hub of eye, obstruction of Xuanfu was main reason for eye diseases, opening Xuanfu was most important principle of treatment. Professor WANG applys Xuanfu theory in his diagnosis and treatment. He has abundant experiences in treating internal diseases and surgical disease, use wind and insect medicine to treat a variety of incurable diseases, achieve a good result in clinical practices. This article aims to summarize the experiences of Professor WANG on the research of Xuanfu theory, the methods for curing ophthalmic disorders based on this theory, including classical forrnulaes such as Baweidafasan, Chaigejiejitang, Fangfengtongshengsan to treat ophthalmic disorders.
