糖尿病肾病抗氧化治疗的中医药研究进展

摘　　要：糖尿病肾病是引起终末期肾脏病的主要原因之一。近年来,抗氧化治疗在糖尿病肾病中的作用日益引起大家的重视。中药在糖尿病肾病抗氧化治疗中具有一定的优势。文章就中药有效组分、单味中药、中成药及中药复方在糖尿病肾病抗氧化治疗中的一些临床和实验研究进行汇总,发现中药治疗能防治糖尿病肾病,其作用机制可能与提高机体抗氧化能力,减轻氧化应激反应有关。Diabetic nephropathy is one of the major cause of end-stage kidney disease. In recent years, the role of antioxidant therapy in diabetic nephropathy increasingly causes the attention of people. Traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） has a certain advantage in diabetic nephropathy antioxidant therapy. In this paper, some clinical and experimental studies of effective components of traditional Chinese medicine, single herbs, Chinese herbal compound of diabetic nephropathy antioxidant treatment were reported. It was found that Chinese medicine treatment could prevent the progression of diabetic nephropathy, its mechanism may be related to improving the body＇s antioxidant ability, and reducing oxidative stress reaction.
