吴良村教授“病证结合”诊治大肠癌脾虚证用药规律及疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:探索吴良村教授治疗大肠癌用药规律及疗效。方法:从浙江省中医院吴良村教授的门诊患者中筛选出120例大肠癌脾虚证患者,根据兼夹证的不同,辨证施治,以2周为1个周期,1个月后评价疗效。同时对240份医案中所用之药进行系统聚类分析,以期总结出吴良村教授治疗大肠癌脾虚证的用药规律。结果:120例患者中中医证候疗效达临床控制4例,显效33例,有效72例,无效11例,总有效率90.8%。用药频率最高的5味药为太子参、白术、茯苓、鸡内金、山药。结论:吴良村在治疗大肠癌脾虚证的过程中善于运用四君子汤,宗益气养阴,清热解毒之法,取得良好疗效。Objective： Exploration of the prescription rules and the curative effect of professor WU Liang-cun in treating spleen deficiency syndrome in colorectal carcinoma. Methods： 120 colorectal carcinoma patients of spleen deficiency syndrome were selected by screening professor WU Liang-cun＇s outpatients from Zhejiang Hospital of TCM and were treated based on syndrome differentiation according to diverse concomitant syndromes in every two weeks. The curative effect was evaluated in a month. Furthermore, Cluster analysis was applied to Chinese herbal medicine appeared in 240 prescriptions, in order to summarize the prescription rules of professor WU Liang-cun in treating spleen deficiency syndrome in colorectal carcinoma. Results： In all 120 cases, 4 of them were clinical controlled, 33 were obviously effective, 72 cases were in slight remission. The highest frequency of 5 herbal medicine were Radix Pseudostellariae, Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz, Indian Buead, Gallus ga/lus domesrcus Brisson, Dioscorea opposita. Conclusion： WU Liang-cun was an expert in treating spleen deficiency syndrome in colorectal carcinoma with Sijunzi Decoction. He abided by the principle of tonifying qi And yin and heat clearing and detoxifying which had achieved good effect,
