通便玉蓉丸对小鼠排便作用及机制的研究

摘　　要：目的:通过实验研究观察通便玉蓉丸的通便效应及作用机制,为该药的中药新药临床研究提供参考依据。方法:以ICR小鼠为研究对象,采用地芬诺酯灌胃诱导小鼠便秘模型,给便秘小鼠和正常小鼠分别灌胃通便玉蓉丸混悬液,观察小鼠首次排黑便时间、排便干湿重量、粪便含水量。结果:与正常组比较,通便玉蓉丸大、中、小剂量均能缩短正常小鼠首次排黑便的时间、增加小鼠粪便的湿重与干重及提高粪便的含水量。与便秘模型组比较,通便玉蓉丸大、中、小剂量、麻仁润肠丸及新斯的明均能缩短便秘小鼠首次排黑便时间、增加排便重量及提高粪便含水量。结论:通便玉蓉丸具有通便作用,可能与增加肠道含水量有关。Objective： Observes the laxative effect and mechanism of Tongbian Yurong Pills in order to provide reference for the administration of clinical research on new drugs. Methods： Using ICR mice as the research object. The model of constipation was prepared with diphenoxylate by gavage, then the constipation mice and normal mice were gavaged in Tongbian Yurong Pills. Observes mice＇s first time of melena, stool dry weight, stool wet weight and fecal water content. Results： Compared with blank group, the low dose, middle dose and high dose of Tongbian Yurong Pills could shorten mice＇s first time of melena, increase the stool dry weight and stool wet weight and enhance fecal water content. Compared with model group, the low dose, middle dose and high dose of Tongbian Yurong Pills, Maren Runchang Pills and neostigminecould shorten mice＇s first time of melena, increase the stool dry weight and stool wet weight and enhance fecal water content. Conclusion： The laxative effect of Tongbian Yurong Pills may be relate to intestinal moisture content.
