摘 要:目的:比较地黄不同炮制品组成的增液汤对糖尿病大鼠降糖作用的效果,研究生熟地黄降糖功效的差异。方法:高脂肪饲料加链脲佐菌素(STZ)诱导雄性大鼠糖尿病模型;灌胃给药3周后观察各组大鼠空腹血糖(FBG)、胰岛素敏感性、胰岛素(INS)、肝糖原含量、葡萄糖激酶(GK)、果糖激酶-1(PFK-1)、葡萄糖-6-磷酸酶(G-6-Pase)、丙酮酸激酶(PK)指标的变化。结果:与模型组FBG(11.17±2.02)mmol/L相比,鲜地-增液汤组FBG(9.22±0.88)mmol/L、生地-增液汤组FBG(7.93±1.20)mmol/L显著性降低(P<0.05),胰岛素敏感性显著降低(P<0.05,P<0.01),同时INS和肝糖原含量显著升高,肝脏糖代谢的关键酶GK、PFK-1、PK的活性升高和G-6-Pase的活性降低。结论:鲜地-增液汤组和生地-增液汤组对糖尿病大鼠具有显著降糖作用,熟地-增液汤作用不明显,地黄生熟异用对增液汤降低糖尿病大鼠血糖作用有较大影响,生熟地黄降糖功效差异显著。Objective: Comparison of the hypoglycemic effects of Zengye Decoction by different processed products of Rehmanniae in diabetes rats, to research the different hypoglycemic effects. Methods: Diabetes male rats model were established by high fat feed breeding and STZ. After three weeks of treatment, it observed the rat FBG, insulin sensitivity, INS, hepatic glycogen content, GK, PFK-1, G-6-Pase and PK. Results: Fresh rehmanniae and Radix Rehmanniae of Zengye Decoction could significantly reduce the FBG (P〈0.05) and the insulin sensitivity (P〈0.05, P〈0.01), increase insulin and hepatic glycogen content (P〈0.05) and reduce the key enzyme of hepatic glucose metabolism GK, PFK-1 and PK, increase G-6-Pase active. Conclusion: Fresh rehmannia and Radix Rehmanniae of Zengye Decoction the had certain hypoglycemic effect on diabetic rats, Radix Rehmanniae Preparata had insignificant hypoglycemic effects. Different processed product of Rehmanniae had higher impact and striking difference on hypoglycemic effect.
