痤疮清热合剂治疗肺胃蕴热型痤疮的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察痤疮清热合剂治疗肺胃蕴热型痤疮的临床疗效及安全性。方法:北京中医医院皮肤科门诊患者109例,随机分为治疗组(74例)和对照组(35例)。治疗组给予痤疮清热合剂,每次30mL,每日2次;对照组给予金花消痤丸,每次4g,每日3次。疗程4周。结果:治疗组痊愈15例(20.27%),显效23例(31.08%),有效26例(35.14%),无效10例(13.51%),总有效率为86.49%;对照组痊愈6例(17.14%),显效11例(31.43%),有效11例(31.43%),无效7例(20.0%),总有效率为80.00%。结论:痤疮清热合剂治疗肺胃蕴热型痤疮疗效优于金花消痤丸,具有较好的临床疗效及安全性。Objective： To observe the therapeutic effect and safety of Cuochuang Qingre Mixture on acne vulgaris of syndrome of accumulated heat in lung and stomach. Methods： 74 cases of acne of syndrome of accumulated heat in lung and stomach were treated with Cuochuang Qingre Misture and 35 cases with Jinhua Xiaocuo Pill as control, and their curative effect were compared after 4 weeks of treatment. Then forming an estimate of scores and syndromes. The side-effects were also evaluated in both groups. Results： The clinical total effective rates were 86.49% in the treatment group, and 80.00% in the control group. Two groups of patients during treatment of mild gastrointestinal discomfort, among the 8 cases （10.81%） in the treatment group, 13 cases （37.14%） in the control group. Conclusion： Cuochuang Qingre Misture has better curative effect on acne vulgaris of syndrome of accumulated heat in lung and stomach, which provided a better efficacy and safety.
