摘　　要：通过分析乙腈法丁二烯装置抽提率的影响因素，提出了提高丁二烯抽提率的技术措施，即采取控制原料中的C5组分含量，优化工艺参数以及控制脱轻塔塔顶丙炔组分含量等，使丁二烯抽提率达到98％～99％。The affecting factors of the extraction factors of ACN- BD （acetonitrile -butadiene） device were analyzed.Some new technical ways to improve the BD extraction rate were provided, such as controlling C5 in raw material, optimizating the process parameters and controlling allylene content at the top of the deallylenizing column etc.The BD extraction rate reached 98% ~ 99%.
