摘　　要：通过分析钙法漂粉精生产工艺,找出了各生产工序中的作业风险,并选用作业条件危险性分析法对各工序存在的作业风险进行了安全评价,得出了各种风险的危险等级,并提出了相应的安全对策。评价结果为钙法漂粉精生产工艺企业的风险控制和现场安全管理提供了科学依据。The operating risks in every production unit of bleaching powder concentrate enterprise were identified, by analyzing the conduction technology of bleaching powder concentrate and employing the evaluate method of working condition risk analysis to assess the operating risks of all production units from the aspects of safety. The risk grades of all operating risks were concluded, and the corresponding safety countermeasures were provided. The conclusion of assessment could provide ascience basis for the controlling of operating risk and the practicing of safety management in the bleaching powder concentrate enterprise.
