助产士核心能力培训对提升专科技能的探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨开展助产士核心能力培训对提升助产士专科技能的效果。方法按《专业护士核心能力建设指南》中助产士核心能力培训模块的要求，将我院产科助产士按其能力进行分级，（N1～N3级）。成立助产士核心能力培训小组，确定培训内容及目标。培训方式采取集体培训法、建立《助产士核心能力培训登记本》、实行导师制培训、鼓励自学、书写护理个案或心得体会。比较助产士培训前、后使用催产素并发症发生率、新生儿重度窒息发生率、产后出血发生率、产后尿潴留、会阴侧切发生率。比较孕产妇对助产士操作技能的满意度的改变。结果实施助产士核心能力培训后，初产妇的会阴侧切率、使用催产素并发症发生率、新生儿重度窒息发生率、产后出血发生率、产后尿潴留发生率显著降低，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；医生、孕产妇对助产士专科技能的满意度较培训前增高，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论开展助产士核心能力培训能提升助产士的专科技能。Objective To evaluate the effect of midwife core competency training in improving the skills of the midwife. Methods According to the ＂guide＂ to build the core ability of professional nurse midwife core compe- tency training module requirements, will I hospital obstetrics midwife according to its capacity classification, （N1 - N3 ）. The establishment of midwife core competency training group, training contents and objectives. Training to take collective training, establish ＂midwife core competency training registration＂, the implementation of mentoring training, encourage self - study, nursing case or experience. Comparison of midwife before training, after the use of oxyto- cin complication rate, neonatal asphyxia incidence, the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage, postpartum retention of urine, episiotomy rate. Comparison maternal satisfaction on midwifery skills change. Results The results of the im- plementation of midwife core competency training, primipara episiotomy rate, use of oxytocin complication rate, neo- natal asphyxia rate, incidence of postpartumhemorrhage, postpartum urinary retention rate decreased significantly, the difference was statistically significant （p 〈 O. 05） ; the doctor, maternal satisfaction to the midwife skills than before training increased, the difference was statistically significant （p 〈0. 01 ）. Conclusion The midwife core competency training can improve the professional skills of midwives.
