摘 要:对于性侵犯案件中无精子混合斑的检验是目前法医物证检验工作中的难点。常规的两步消化分离法提取精子DNA进行常染色体STR检验难以得到有价值的分型结果。作者整理、总结了近年来本地发生的5起该类型案件的有关物证,充分利用现有的检验手段,创造性地重新设计检验方案,采用常染色体检测混合精斑消化上清液、显微检测染色精子与Y染色体STR检测男性性染色体DNA相结合的方法,从多个角度进行检测、分析,弥补了无精子可检对证据的削弱作用。检验结果能较好地被法庭作为证据采信,解决了办理此类案件中遇到的证据不足难题。Identification of non sperm-mixed stain in sexual assaults is the main difficulty in forensic science. Conventional method by two-step digestion to isolate sperm DNA for autosome STR test is difficult to obtain valuable results. The author collects relevant evidence from five similar cases locally occurred in recent years; fully uses current analysis method; creatively designs detection methods, including autosome detection of supernatant from mixed stain after digestion, microscopic examination of stained sperm and test of Y- chromosome STR in male sex chromosomes; detects and analyzes multiple aspects, thence offsets the weakening of evidence in non sperm-mixed stain detecting. Test results can be adopted as helpful evidence in court, so solving the problem of evidence lack while dealing with such cases.
