摘　　要：慢性乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)感染是严重危害我国人民健康的重大传染病,而造成慢性化的免疫学机制一直是相关研究的热点。我们主要围绕T淋巴细胞和自然杀伤(NK)细胞在慢性HBV感染中作用的最新研究进展进行综述,以进一步加深细胞免疫在HBV感染中作用的认识,为慢性HBV感染的诊治提供新的思路。Chronic infection caused by hepatitis B virus （HBV） is a serious infectious disease to threaten health in our country. The immunological mechanism of the chronicity has been the focus. The paper summarizes the development of the roles of T lymphocytes and natural killer（NK） cells in chronic infection of HBV, in order to help with developing insights into the cellular immune in chronic infection of HBV and to provide a new thought to diagnose and treat the chronic infection of HBV.
