摘　　要：污染源管理是环境管理业务的基础工作,而实现环境污染源信息管理和分析统计的可视化是城市环境管理与环境决策信息化向纵深发展的重要标志。区域性环境污染源的许多数据具有地理特征,客观上要求数据的处理和操作采用时空处理的手段,而GIS server技术的发展为污染源时空信息的管理提供了条件。本文将建立泉州污染源GIS系统,实现污染源信息的管理与查询、污染现状制图、地理处理服务模块等功能,为泉州市建设资源节约型和环境友好型社会提供辅助依据。Sources of pollution management is the basis of the environmental management business. Regional environmental pollution sources of data with geo- graphic features, Objective requirements of data processing and operating space - time processing means, Development of GIS technol- ogy to adapt to such a need, the project will establish the pollution source GIS system of Quanzhou, the pollution sources of informa- tion management and query function of the pollution status mapping, reprocessing service modules, Quanzhou to build a resource - saving and environment -friendly society provide decision- support basis.
