新型城镇化视野下的少数民族特色文化城市建设

摘　　要：在全球化背景下,城市文化的非地方化和城市"地点精神"的丧失已经成为亟待解决的重大问题。中国少数民族特色文化城市既是国家地域生产力构成的集中表现形式,也是人类社会发展的经典性文化样板和类型,更是世界文化必须保护的瑰宝之一。新型城镇化视野下的少数民族特色文化城市建设,应该做到:以"文化自觉"和"文化自为"作为理论及行动纲领,引导少数民族特色文化的创新;从推动城市文化软实力提升的视角,复兴少数民族城市的特色文化;遵循"在保护中传承与创新,在创新中传承与保护"的原则与路径,以"自觉"和"自为"的方式创造"城市文化资本",建构独特的少数民族特色文化城市的场域精神。Under the situation of global urbanization and the new urbanization in China,the absence of the place spirit and the local city culture have become an urgent problem to solve.As an intensive expression of national regional productive forces as well as a classical development case of human society,cities with characteristics of ethnic culture is a valueless treasure belonging to the global human society.So,we have to put the following points into consideration facing such a situation;firstly,we have to act on a creative theory of ' cultural self-consciousness' and ' cultural self-action' in order to build this kind of culturally characteristic city;secondly,to revive cities with characteristic of ethnic culture from the perspective of developing 'city cultural soft power';thirdly,to follow the the principle and route of 'inheritance and innovation in protection,innovation and protection in innovation',to create the 'city culture capital' by means of 'self-consciousness' and 'selfaction',and to construct the unique city local spirit of cities with characteristics of ethnic culture.
