摘　　要：[目的]全面了解云南省曲靖市卫生机构的数量及分布,探讨曲靖市卫生机构配置中存在的问题,为相关部门调整、优化曲靖市卫生机构配置提供依据。[方法]通过查阅曲靖市各级卫生局与卫生统计机构的报表材料获得研究数据,采用SPSS软件进行统计分析。[结果]截止2010年底,曲靖市共有各级各类卫生机构2365所,卫生机构以医疗机构为主,主要集中在麒麟区及各县城区,拥有机构数为8.14个/100 km2,平均拥有卫生机构数为0.39个/1000人。[结论]该市卫生机构设置基本合理,局部不合理仍需调整,应加强预防保健机构及基层卫生机构的建设。Objective Comprehensive understanding of health institutions number and distribution in Qujing city, to discusses the problems of health institutions allocation, so as to provide the basis for adjusting and optimizing health institutions allocation. Methods Get the research data by the report forms from public health bureaus and health statistical organs. Statistical analysis by SPSS software. Results There were 2365 health institutions in Qujing city by the end of 2010. The health institutions was given priority with medical institutions, and major concentrated in the Qiling district and urban area of the counties. There was 8.14/100 km2 and 0.39/1000 person. Conclusions Health institutions allocation was reasonable, but it still needs to adjust unreasonable part. It needs to strengthen the construction of prevention health care institutions and grass-root health organizations.
