摘  要:目前杨井作业区已进入开发中、后期,井筒状况恶化严重,管杆偏磨矛盾日趋突出,在抽油机井管杆偏磨造成的直接后果就是油井的免修期大大缩短,大量管杆材料早期报废,已成为制约油井连续平稳生产的主要影响因素,增加大量井下作业工作量及作业费用,可见开展管杆偏磨机理研究有着重要意义,本文从机理上分析造成管杆偏磨原因,并提出有效地防治措施。The condition of wellbores located in Yangjing operation area has been seriously deteriorated due to the middle and later field lifetime has been reached. The increasing side-abrasion of sucker rod and string results a shorter maintenance-free period, moreover, a large amount of pipes and strings have to be abandoned earlier, which restricts the oil wells from continuous and stable production, and the side-abrasion phenomenon increases the down-hole workload and corresponding operation costs. Apparently, it is crucial to study the mechanism of side-abrasion of sucker such side-abrasion and proposes some rod and string. This paper analyses the mechanism of effective measures.
