摘　　要：基于惠州19-2/3项目,对双层海管的切管工艺进行分析,利用数据对比的方式说明了切管工艺的推广意义。双层管内外管站同时作业的铺设新工艺(切管)在海上施工中创造了一定的经济效益。Based on HZ19-2/3 pipeline installation project, a new way of pipeline installation is discussed, and the data is collected and listed out to show the benefits of taking and telling how good it is to be used in other projects.
