耳廓软骨钙化1例

摘　　要：患者,男,47岁,因发现右耳廓无痛性包块3个月于2006年12月18日来海军总医院就诊。患者有时感右耳廓僵硬,无其他不适感,否认有外伤史等。查体：双侧耳廓对称,外形正常。右耳廓比对侧增厚约1/2,触之有僵硬感,失去正常耳廓的柔韧性;耳甲腔可见一局限性隆起,表面皮肤正常,高约1mm,范围约6mm×10mm,边界清楚,质硬,无触压痛;外耳道清洁,鼓膜正常,听力正常。X线检查：右耳廓下方耳甲腔处,有一片长椭圆形团块状高密度钙化影,边界清晰而欠整齐,Summary The patient complained of painless mass in the right ear for 3 months. The ipsilateral ear was 1/2 thicker than contralateral one and felt stiff without elasticity. There was limited eminence in cavum conchae about 1 mm in height and about 6 mmX 10 mm in size with clear boundary, which felt hardwithout tenderness. X-ray showed a long oval nodular calcificationwith clear but irregular boundaryin cavum conchae under the right auricle, the size of which was about 4 mm X 7 ram. The patient was diagnosed right auricle cartilage calcification.
