摘　　要：目的探讨鼻睫神经痛的临床特征,提高诊治水平。方法对28例患者应用鼻内镜、CT进行检查,根据不同的病因在鼻内镜下处理鼻腔解剖异常。结果手术后随访一年以上,治愈27例(96.43%),好转1例(3.57%)。结论鼻内镜和CT检查可提高鼻睫神经痛的诊断,鼻内镜下微波热凝中鼻甲联合中鼻甲外折钩突切除治疗鼻睫神经痛是一种可行的方法。Objective To investigate the clinical features of Nasocfliary neuralgia and if an endoscopic surgery bombined with microwave coagulation is effective for it. Method Rhinoscopy and CT examination were performed on 28 cases of Nasociliary neuralgia. Endoscopic surgical therapy was taken to correct such abnormalities of the nasal cavity. Result After a followed up of one year, 27 cases were cured and 1 case was effective. Conclusion Nasal endoscopy combined with CT scanning can significantly improve the diagnostic efficacy. The endoscopic surgery combined with microwave coagulation for the treatment on Nasociliary neuralgia is a feasible method.
