摘  要:目的探讨64排螺旋CT牙科成像技术对复杂多生、埋伏牙在临床诊断和治疗中的应用价值。方法对76例怀疑复杂多生、埋伏牙的患者进行螺旋CT扫描,将获得的数据在GE AW4.4工作站上进行最大密度投影(MIP)、多平面重建(MPR)、曲面重建(CPR)及容积再现(VR)后处理成像,由2位资深影像医生根据原始图像及各种三维重建成像结果进行影像学诊断,并与临床专科检查及术中实际观察结果进行对比分析。结果 76例复杂多生、埋伏牙,64排螺旋CT均能准确反映埋伏牙的数目、形态、大小、方向,在颌骨中的位置,埋伏牙与邻牙及邻近结构的关系。结论 64排螺旋CT牙科成像技术对复杂多生、埋伏牙的临床诊断和治疗有重要价值。Objective To discuss the clinical diagnostic value for complicated and multiple embedded teeth by three-dimensional reconstruction of 64 multi-detector helical CT. Methods Seventy-six patients suspected with com plicated and multiple embedded teeth underwent spiral CT scan. All data was postprocessed in GE AW4.4 worksta tion. The images of original scan were post-processed including, maximum intensity projection(MIP), multiple planar reformation(MPR), curved planar reformation(CPR) and volume rendering(VR). Then the original images and three-di- mensional reformation images were analyzed by two experienced doctor. And the results were compared to the result sof the dental examination and the surgery. Results All the complicated and multiple embedded teeth of 76 patients could be accurately reflected its number, shape, size, direction, location and the relationship with the nearby. Con- clusion The three-dimensional reconstruction of 64 multi-detector helical CT in dental examination is valuable in clinical diagnosis for complicated and multiple embedded tooth.
