摘　　要：目的了解血液净化中心护理人员对传染病职业防护的意识和知识,从而针对性地加强教育与知识普及工作。方法调查主要以问卷形式进行,主要包括对国家相关法律法规的熟悉程度;对医院内部传染病职业防护守则的熟悉程度;了解传染病职业防护的途径;传染病职业防护的方式等。结果调查对象对相关国家法律法规、医院内部传染病职业防护守则只有部分了解的比例达到81.5%和75.3%,66.7%和85.2%的调查对象从临床工作经验中获取传染病职业防护知识、采取I级防护,所有受调查的医务人员对传染病职业防护的知识和技能都有较强烈的需求;结论护理人员对传染病职业防护的意识和知识有待提高,应做到管理和培训的具体落实,有针对性地加强教育与知识普及工作。Objective To understood the consciousness and knowledge about communicable disease professional protection for nursing personnel in the blood purification center so as to strengthen the education and knowledge popularization with pertinence. Methods The survey was mainly conducted in the form of questionnaire, which mainly included the degree of familiarity with rele- vant national laws and regulation in the hospital, familiarity with professional protection rules within the hospital, understanding of ways of communicable disease professional protection and ways of communicable disease professional protection. Results Most of the respondents were just partially aware of the rules for relevant national laws and regulations in the hospital and rules for communicable disease professional protection within the hospital, the ratio was 81.5% and 75.3% respectively. Most of the personnel （66.7% and 85.2%） just acquired communicable disease professional protection knowledge from clinical work experience and take I class protection and most of the medical personnel had quite strong requirements for knowledge and skills. Conclusion The con- sciousness and knowledge for nursing personnel is yet to be improved, so management and training shall be implemented specifically and education and knowledge popularization shall be strengthened with pertinence.
