摘 要:目的研究大豆异黄酮对免疫性卵巢早衰小鼠外周血抗透明带抗体(AzpAb)的影响,为预防和治疗卵巢早衰提供实验依据。方法将45只昆明雌性小鼠分为模型组、对照组和大豆异黄酮组。以小鼠透明带3(ZP3)为抗原,皮下多点注射,建立免疫性卵巢早衰模型。造模之日起大豆异黄酮组开始灌胃,给与大豆异黄酮0.2 ml/只(大豆异黄酮用超纯水配制为2 mg/ml),空白组和模型组灌胃给与生理盐水0.2 ml/只,每日1次,连续灌胃4周后摘眼球取血。ELISA法测定血清AzpAb含量。结果与空白组比较,模型组AzpAb水平升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与模型组相比,大豆异黄酮组小鼠血清AzpAb(1.39±0.68 U/ml)表达水显著降低(P<0.05)。结论大豆异黄酮可有效抑制小鼠外周血抗透明带抗体(AzpAb)水平。Objective To explore the effect of soy isoflavones on anti-zonapellucida antibody (AzpAb) expression in mice with immunological premature ovarian tailure (POF). Methods 45 Kunming female mice were divided into control group, POF group and soy isoflavones group. Kunming female mice model of POF was established by multiple sites subcutaneous injection of zonapellucida 3 (ZP3) of mice. Meanwhile mice soy isoflavones was given by oral at dose of 0.2ml for each one. Mice in control and POF group were given the same amount of saline. The AzpAb level in serum was determined by ELISA. Results Compared with the controls, the level of serum AzpAb in POF mice was higher and the difference was significant (P〈O.05). In addition, the serum AzpAb in soy isoflavones group was 1.39 ± 0.68 U/ml, lower than that of POF group (P〈0.05). Conclusion Soy isoflavones is proved to be with the ability of inhibiting the serum AzpAb level.
