摘 要:目的 监测孕产妇及0~8月龄婴儿麻疹胎传抗体水平,探讨婴儿麻疹胎传抗体水平提前消失的原因。方法 在铜川市随机抽取孕产妇及0~8月龄婴儿采集静脉血,用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测麻疹IgG抗体。结果 170对母婴母亲抗体阳性率87.06%,平均GMC为884.83 mIU/ml;婴儿抗体阳性率94.12%,平均GMC为1 211.51 mIU/ml,母亲与其婴儿抗体水平之间密切相关。0~8月龄幼儿麻疹胎传抗体随月龄增加迅速下降,大多在3~4月龄时抗体水平转阴,已成为麻疹易感者。结论 孕母与其婴儿麻疹抗体水平密切相关,麻疹胎传抗体提前消失一方面是由于育龄期妇女麻疹抗体水平不高,另一方面是婴儿胎传抗体递减太快的缘故。Objective To monitor measles antibody levels of maternal women and the 0-8 month-old infants, to investigate the cause of early disappearance of measles antibody level in infants. Methods The maternal women's and 0-8 month-old infants' venous blood were randomly selected and collected. Used enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) to detect measles IgG antibody. Results In 170 pairs of women and infants, the positive rate of antibody in mothers was 87.06%, GMC 884.83 mIU/ml; The positive rate of antibody in infants was 94.12%, GMC 1 211.51 mIU/ml. There was a close relationship in antibody level between mother and infant. The measles antibody in 0-8 months infants decreased rapidly with the increase of age, most on the 3-4 months age had negative antibody level, and had become susceptible to measles. Conclusion The measles antibody level of pregnant women and their babies is closely related, one side, the cause of early disappearance of measles antibody level is that low antibody level in women of childbearing age, on the other hand is the fast decline of measles antibody in newborn babies.
